themindrise.io is an intelligence training platform designed to help you think sharper in real life: work, learning, and daily decisions. It combines scientifically grounded tools, protocols, and routines to build focus, memory, reasoning, creativity, and calm under pressure.
To create an account on themindrise.io, you shall be at least 18 years old (or of the reciprocal age of majority in your state or jurisdiction) and able to form legally binding contracts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 years of age.
During registration of an account, you need to provide us a valid email address, and/or other information as prompted by the registration form or as required by applicable law. We may also allow you to register using your social network credentials.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, your password, and for restricting access to your computer, and you will be solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your account. You will immediately notify themindrise.io of any unauthorized use of your password or account. You should only create one account on the Website.
Unless expressly permitted in writing by themindrise.io, you may not sell, rent, lease, share, or provide access to your account to anyone else. themindrise.io reserves all available legal rights and remedies to prevent its unauthorized use, including technological barriers, IP mapping, and, in serious cases, directly contacting your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

The service is offered on a subscription basis for a fee. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that you will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the beginning of your subscription period and on each renewal date thereafter until you cancel, at the then-current subscription fee.
Subscription period options may be set at the discretion of themindrise.io and may change from time to time. It is crucial to review the payment page for applicable subscription terms. For example:
- A subscription fee of USD 29.99 charged monthly
- A subscription fee of USD 49.99 charged every three months
- A subscription fee of USD 79.99 charged every six months
Introductory offers may include: - USD 6.99 weekly
- USD 19.99 monthly
- USD 29.99 every three months
- USD 39.99 every six months
Other discounts or promotions may be offered at themindrise.io discretion.
Payments will be charged to the payment method you provide at purchase. You authorize us (or our third- party payment processor) to automatically charge the applicable subscription fees on each renewal date until you cancel your subscription. Your credit/debit card provider may charge you currency conversion fees and other charges for processing your payments.
To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription before the end of the then-current period. You can cancel by contacting our Support Team at support@themindrise.io. Your right to use the Website will continue until the end of your then-current subscription period.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. EU residents retain the proportionate refund right within 14 days of registration under the right of withdrawal rules.
By using themindrise.io, you represent that you:

- Have authority to enter into this Agreement.
- Accept benefits you receive from the Website.

themindrise.io services are provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error- free service.
themindrise.io, its officers, affiliates, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability: the greater of amount paid in the prior 12 months or USD 100.
You agree to indemnify themindrise.io and affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.
Full arbitration clause as per Leaply Terms, including LCIA/JAMS rules, binding arbitration, small claims exception, opt-out right within 30 days, and survival clause. Opt-out notices: support@themindrise.io.
themindrise.io may modify these Terms at any time. Notices may be sent via email or posted on the Website. Continued use after modifications indicates acceptance.
