This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made via themindrise.io (the “Website”), operated by DEELIO LIMITED, 53 Maple Court, Cumbernauld, Glasgow, United Kingdom, G67 3NB (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
Refund eligibility depends on:
• your country of residence,
• applicable consumer protection laws,
• and whether access to digital content has begun.
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area:
You have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase without giving any reason.
2.1 Waiver of Withdrawal Right for Digital Content
When purchasing a subscription, you expressly:
• request immediate access to digital content,
• acknowledge that the content is supplied in a non-tangible medium,
• consent to performance beginning immediately,
• understand that your right of withdrawal is lost once full performance begins.
If access to the Service has been granted and digital content has been accessed, your statutory withdrawal right may be lost in accordance with applicable law.
2.2 Proportional Refund
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation, you may be entitled to a proportional refund reflecting the unused portion of your current prepaid subscription period.
Any such refund will be calculated on a daily basis from the effective date of cancellation until the end of the prepaid billing cycle.
Access to the Service will continue until the end of the paid period unless otherwise specified at the time of cancellation.
For users located outside the UK and EEA:
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
Refund eligibility may be denied in cases of:
• fraud or abuse,
• violation of the Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel prior to the renewal date via:
• your account settings, or
• support@themindrise.io
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel the current billing period.
For subscriptions with a billing cycle of one month or longer, we provide renewal reminder emails prior to billing.
Refunds will be granted in cases of:
• duplicate charges,
• confirmed unauthorized transactions,
• technical errors preventing access for the entire billing period.
We may request supporting documentation before processing such refunds.
If a refund is approved:
• It will be issued to the original payment method.
• It will be processed within fourteen (14) days of approval.
• Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
• Currency conversion fees and bank charges are non-refundable.
Before initiating a chargeback, we strongly encourage you to contact support@themindrise.io so we can resolve the issue promptly.
If a chargeback is initiated:
• We reserve the right to suspend account access during investigation.
• We may provide transaction records, usage logs, IP records, and acceptance of Terms as evidence to the payment processor.
Initiating a chargeback does not limit your statutory rights.
The Service provides educational and cognitive training tools.
We do not guarantee specific results, performance improvements, academic success, or measurable cognitive outcomes.
Dissatisfaction with results does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless required by law.
